These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website finavestio.com (hereinafter "the Site"), owned by Finavestio S.A.S., a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Colombia, identified with NIT 901.456.789-2, headquartered in Medellín, Antioquia. By accessing the Site, the user fully accepts these terms.
1. Nature of content
All content published on the Site is strictly educational and informational in nature. Finavestio is not a financial entity supervised by Colombia's Financial Superintendence, nor does it offer personalized financial, investment, or tax advice. The opinions and analyses expressed on the Site do not constitute investment recommendations. Any financial decision the user makes based on the Site's information is at their sole responsibility.
2. Acceptable use
The user agrees to use the Site lawfully, respecting current Colombian legislation and the rights of third parties. 8. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute arising from the use of the Site shall first be submitted to conciliation proceedings before an authorized conciliation center in Medellín. If conciliation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts of the city of Medellín, Colombia.
9. Modifications
Finavestio reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Modifications shall take effect from their publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after such modifications implies acceptance of the new terms.
